If you wish we can keep a roster of our members in an online spreadsheet. Only invited people - Troy and Elka, Christa and Len, Kat, and Woz can view and edit it.
It is an Excel spreadsheet. When you make edits to the data it updates for everyone. So we will all be singing from the same sheet of music.

I think Kat and Christa can combine their two lists into one spread sheet with two parts.
1. Our paid membership.
2. Everyone else. No reason to completely lose people. When we email our members we can also email them.This list can include everyone who might be interested in the military.

It is easy to adjust what info we want to share with our members on the spreadsheet and export it to a pdf and email it to our members.
REMEMBER TO BACKUP
One thing to remember. If we have 4 people who can change the spreadsheet it is possible that someone will make a mistake and accidentally delete data. So you want to save the file to your hard drive often as backup.
